provides a limited warranty for the free replacement of a part purchased from any bumper to bumper Auto store or bumper to bumper Center, with the same or equivalent product, throughout the United States, Canada or Mexico.

This limited warranty covers parts only and is valid for 12 months or 12,000 miles from the original purchase date and will be honored by any bumper to bumper outlet across North America.

Qualifications for the Worry Free Guarantee

• Part was purchased from a bumper to bumper outlet
• Does not apply to Internet purchases
• Customer has original proof of purchase
• Failure occurred within the 12 month/12,000 mile period
• bumper to bumper has the right to substitute a part of equal value
• If the manufacturers warranty is more than 12 months/12,000 miles, it will override the bumper to bumper Worry Free Guarantee
• Labor and towing are excluded from this warranty
• Tires, engines and transmissions are excluded from this warranty and must be returned to the original place of purchase
